Company: CASE candidate select is a tech startup from Cologne that emerged from a research project at University Bonn in 2016. With our comparison of higher education degrees we tackle the matter of lacking transparency in grades being of importance to both companies and society.
Position: The position is about establishing the product of CASE in the market. This includes all there is concerning the presentation of CASE to new potential customers like lead generation, first contact, pitch, as well as jointly taking care of acquired customers. Currently CASE primarily works with large companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Porsche and Simon Kucher making Business Development an interesting and complex task. In addition to that, new approaches and business models are developed on an ongoing basis at CASE. It is part of the responsabilities of the position to collect feedback on these ideas and approaches and to present new products to potential clients. The position is based at our office in Köln Raderberg.

Über case: case wurde 2016 gegründet, um Hochschulabschlüsse objektiv zu vergleichen und Bewerbungsverfahren fairer und transparenter zu gestalten. Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein Lernalgorithmus entwickelt, der die Abschlussnoten verschiedener Studiengänge und Hochschulen vergleicht und mit Erkenntnissen aus Intelligenz- und Persönlichkeitstests anreichert. Die Datenbasis bilden über 400.000 befragte Studierende und Informationen zu über 2.000.000 Notenverteilungen auf Studiengangsebene. Die Geschäftsidee wurde durch ein Stipendium des Bundeswirtschaftsministeriums gefördert und von der Universität Bonn wissenschaftlich begleitet. Inzwischen haben wir unser Produkt auf eine Vielzahl internationaler Märkte ausgeweitet und ein umfangreiches Talentnetzwerk aufgebaut.

Als Praktikant/in bei case erhältst Du Einblick in die Strukturen eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens, das vornehmlich bekannte große Unternehmen und Unternehmensberatungen zu seiner Kundschaft zählt.
🤝🏻 Während deines Praktikums arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit unseren Business Development Managern zusammen und lernst alles über die Vermarktung unserer B2B- und B2C-Produkte.
👥 Du arbeitest an internen Projekten und in der Kundenbetreuung mit und unterstützt das Team bei operativen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben.
💻 Du erstellst interne und externe Präsentationen.
🔎 Du recherchierst und analysierst Märkte, Branchen und Wettbewerber.
💡 Du hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte selbstständig und kreativ anzugehen und dich aktiv in das Unternehmen einzubringen. Deine Ideen sind gefragt!
💸 Das Praktikum wird mit 650,-€ (ohne Bachelorabschluss) / 850,-€ (mit Bachelorabschluss) pro Monat vergütet.
